Training today was crap. Din noe 1km was so tough. And I was actually swimming with those ppl who swim 25 sec for 50 meters? Sick. But polo still so suck, noob them lah. Not that im pro, but we are all the same level considering my size and strength, I think they shld zibei. And I think I sprained my hand today....
